Family of Schools

The Greater Victoria School District is organized into groups known as ‘Family of Schools’. Ecole Sir James Douglas School belongs to the Victoria Family of Schools. Other schools in our family are James Bay Community School, South Park Elementary School,  George Jay Elementary School,  Oaklands Elementary School, Central Middle School, Lansdowne Middle School, and Victoria High School.

Pathway of Schools

If you attend Ecole Sir James Douglas Elementary School for either of our programs (English or French Immersion) your middle school pathway is Central Middle School (grades 6 – 8) and your secondary school pathway is Victoria High School (grades 9 – 12). Transfers are available between district schools. Please contact the school office for more information.
